Refund, Exchange & Return Policy
At ALBI UAE, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that:
· Refund and exchange are available for only defect Order (to claim defect we will be requiring proper uncut parcel opening video from the beginning of courier company package opening)
· The item is unused, unwashed, and unworn
· The item is in its original condition and packaging
· All tags and labels are still attached
If these conditions are not met, we may refuse the return/exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
· No Return as we deliver as per customer request size and Fabric, we inform them
· Used, washed, or damaged items
· Items with stains, perfume, makeup, or wear marks
· Sale items / discounted items
· Accessories (e.g., jewellery, dupattas—if sold separately)
· Customized or stitched products
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in the following cases:
· You received a defective item
· You received the wrong item
· The product is not as described (By WhatsApp)
Refund Method
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference
· Refunds may take 7–10 business days to process
4. Exchange Policy
You may exchange the item for:
· A different size
· A different colour (if available)
· Another product of equal value
Price differences (if any) must be paid by the customer.
